Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Initiate outbound calls to warm leads, showcasing the benefits of Loyal Energy's solar and roof solutions.
- Skillfully convert leads into high-quality appointments for our expert sales team.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition for the sales process.
- Articulate the unique value proposition of Loyal Energy's cutting-edge products and services.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using our CRM system.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Work towards and surpass weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- This position offers a competitive 100% commission-based structure.
- Full commissions are disbursed on the Friday following the successful installation.
- Average earnings range between $50,000-$80,000, with top performers reaching near $140,000.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Outbound Sales or appointment setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and a passion for renewable energy solutions is advantageous.
