We're seeking enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team on a 100% commission basis. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:
  • Initiate outbound calls to warm leads, showcasing the benefits of Loyal Energy's solar and roof solutions.
  • Skillfully convert leads into high-quality appointments for our expert sales team.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition for the sales process.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of Loyal Energy's cutting-edge products and services.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using our CRM system.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Work towards and surpass weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • This position offers a competitive 100% commission-based structure.
  • Full commissions are disbursed on the Friday following the successful installation.
  • Average earnings range between $50,000-$80,000, with top performers reaching near $140,000.
  • Flexible working hours, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Outbound Sales or appointment setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and a passion for renewable energy solutions is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
