Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related industry
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully acquiring new customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Experience in account management, including upselling and cross-selling products/services
