Description
AmeriGlobe LLC is looking to grow its outside sales force by adding dynamic individuals with excellent follow-through. The ideal candidate has bulk bag sales experience and is interested in visiting our customer and prospect manufacturing facilities and working to find improvements that yield bottom-line results.
AmeriGlobe produces and sells industrial packaging used by some of the world's largest manufacturers of chemicals, food ingredients, and agricultural products. Established in 1985, AmeriGlobe has a history of lowering its customers' costs through systemic improvement. In addition, as the largest US manufacturer of bulk bags, we offer our customers both the cost advantage of imported bulk bags and the security of US manufacturing.
With AmerIGlobe's Fusion® non-sewn bulk bags, new Sales Representatives have an immediate competitive advantage due to the patented process that included non-destructive testing of every bag and the elimination of the need for liners and sift-proofing.
Sales Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing your territory sales, new and existing customer relations, and bringing in new business. As the lead point of contact for all customer matters, you should anticipate the customer's requirements, work within the company to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner, and help our customers generate the savings that today's economy requires.
Sales Representative Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strive to build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships
  • Grow new sales with each customer account
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek avenues to gain new potential clients
  • Negotiate orders and stocking agreements with customers; establish a timeline of performance
  • Create and meet accurate sales projections
  • Work with team members from other departments to ensure that all sales needs are met
  • Meet all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients
  • Review and prepare RFPs
  • Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in the complaint resolution process

Requirements
Sales Representative Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant experience in the bulk bag (FIBC) industry
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pays strict attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customers and projects
  • Proven results in delivering customer solutions and meeting sales goals
