Fully Remote - Financial Services Broker

Job Description

We are looking to work with motivated and compassionate people. Our team welcomes new agents who are hungry to make a change in their life. We protect families from life's unexpected events and together we develop ourselves as leaders.

 

This is a work from home, relationship-building sales role that has an incredible commission structure. We have a streamlined lead generation system so there is no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product. New software allows agents to use automated text and voicemail communication to set appointments for you!

 

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments: We schedule our own appointments with families who have requested more information regarding coverage. now easier than ever with new agent software.

• We do this via phone and text. A new fully automated agent communication platform allows you to be more efficient when setting appointments.

• Run the appointment: Build a trusting relationship, ask curious questions, show affordable options and protect the family using a wide variety of coverage options from some of the top A-rated companies in the industry.

• Manage your activity, applications, and mindset.

• Participate in team meetings and attend one annual conference, mostly via zoom.

• Get paid by the insurance companies.

 

Requirements:

• You will need a life insurance license for your state. If you do not currently have one, one can be easily obtained with a 4 day online course.

• You will need a reliable computer and internet connection

• A willingness to grow yourself personally

 

Compensation

The average commission is around $800 per sale. Agents sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week (depending on part-time / full-time status)

• Part-Time 1-2 sales per week. $25,000 - $50,000/year income *

• Average Full-time 3-5 sales per week. $75,000 - $125,000/year income *

• Above Average Full-time 6-8 sales per week. $150,000 - $200,000/year income *

• Exceptional Full-time 9-12 sales per week. $225,000 - $300,000/year income *

 

These are based on the starting commission level of 80%. Agents can receive a 5% raise every two months by hitting every attainable production goal.

 

NEW AGENT PERFORMANCE BONUS IN YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS:

 

1. Earn up to 20% cash bonus on placed business.

2. Earn a 15% raise in your first three months (5%/month).

 

This is a commission only based sales position plus bonuses. Raises available every two months based on your work, not a boss's discretion.

 

Average Weekly Schedule:

• 1 – 1.5 days: Setting phone appointments from WARM leads. (No cold calling)

• 2 – 2.5 days: Meeting with families virtually. (Appointments 30 - 45 minutes)

• 1/2 a day: Following up with carriers.
