Sales Representative

While you do not need to have direct sales experience, we ARE looking for candidates with stellar communication skills, a tremendous work ethic, and those who are looking to grow with us.

The Rotolo Agency - Tampa assists individuals with virtual enrollment in benefits programs, such as Life Insurance and Supplemental Benefits. An exclusive company that usually works with union members & licensed professionals for over 70 years. Competitive sales arena with room for unlimited growth & advancement within the company. We are currently expanding and competitively hiring Sales Representatives and managers for our Tampa office.

The Ideal Candidate can:

• Identify and respond to client needs.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Establish relationships with new customers.
• Excellent accountability.

Qualifications for this position:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Confident and charismatic approach to people.
• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

COMPENSATION:

• Weekly Pay
• Residual Income

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
