Job Description


NielsenIQ is looking for a Sales Play Program Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role will help support the global Sales Play system and the administration and coordination of the Sales Play materials created. This person will be responsible for assisting in leading a group of cross functional associates across the organization through the creation of a Sales Play – a coordinated set of marketing & sales actions to create and win an opportunity at a specific customer or prospect. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in sales enablement within the SaaS or CPG industry preferred. The successful candidate will have program coordination/management skills to keep a team of busy individuals on task and adhere to a tight timeline while producing high quality sales materials. This person will assist the director to run daily calls with a cross functional team to monitor progress on play generation and own coordination of all assets and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the region director/manager with any Sales Play tasks required to drive success of Sales Plays end to end in region
  • Schedules daily meetings & kick off calls for Sales Plays
  • Assists in running daily meetings to monitor progress on play generation & quickly raise roadblocks
  • Organize and facilitate working sessions on specific play assets, providing templates & arranging for feedback where needed to accelerate team progress
  • Assist with aggregating materials into Sales Play guide & trainings to support sales execution
  • Schedule & communicate training sessions for relevant sales teams
  • Support trainers to guide sellers through key elements of Sales Play execution
  • Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts(SME) across the business
  • Assist in leading 6-week post Sales Play launch working sessions with Sales Play team to gather feedback, report out CRM data and refine play materials
  • Prepare analysis and data for quarterly WIN room agenda to report out key KPIs to drive success of plays
  • Meets with Sales Play owners to check in on status of existing Sales Plays to determine if updates are needed
  • Coordinates updates to existing Sales Plays with Sales Play owners and product marketing

Qualifications
  • 4 year degree or similar experience
  • English required
  • 2-3 years’ experience sales enablement, program management(or coordination) or change management sales-supporting role in a SaaS or CPG company preferred
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency, Excel required
  • CRM Experience
  • Ability to take direction, be independent and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence confidence and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Exhibits conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills; must have experience collaborating with sales managers and direct sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses problems before they arise and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement content
