We are seeking a Sales Planning Coordinatorwho will focus on assisting the Moultrie Mobile Sales Team in National Account Management, Data Analysis and Sales Administration. The Sales Planning Coordinator's primary purpose will be providing backend support for National Account item management and account specific initiatives. The Sales Planning Coordinator will have an impact working with the Moultrie Mobile sales team on a multitude of projects across all channels.  This position reports to the Director of Sales.  

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Works closely with the Director of Sales on all aspects of National Account business including but not limited to samples, assortment management, inventory control, Y/Y account item costing tracking, sales data analysis, and line review preparation.
  • Provide backend support for National Account item management through partner portals such as Retail Link, Atlas, DSCO, and SPS Commerce.
  • Assist in EDI and drop ship implementation and management with customers.
  • Work with the product team on new item setup with item specific dimensions, compliance documents, and shipping and receiving information for customers.
  • Prepare and distribute competitive analysis reports to the sales team.
  • Oversee third party product testing and required documentation.
  • Work on all aspects of trade show management with Key Account Sales Manager.
  • Assist in management of all promotional and advertising opportunities.  
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with Moultrie Mobile sales, marketing, product, and regional service customer support team.
  •  Organize and manage sales programs, sales calendar, donation requests, order entry.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. 
  • Monitors, evaluates, provides feedback on the activities and products of the competition and market landscape.

 

Job Requirements:  

  • 2-year Degree from an accredited college or university. (In lieu of degree may consider candidates with equivalent work experience.)
  • 5+ years' experience with a proven track record of successfully servicing key customers.
  • Strong customer relations background.   
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time for trade shows and meetings.

  • Proficient in email etiquette.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong drive to win as a team and help wherever is needed.
  • Working in a highly visible team orientated environment focused on collaboration and winning.
  • Must be comfortable with a flexible/high travel schedule to meet the needs of the business.
  • Must maintain company confidentiality. 

 

Preferred Skills:  

  • A background in the hunting, fishing, or outdoor sporting goods market. 
  • Initiative and follow-through.
  • Acute attention to details.
