What will you do?
- Salesforce CRM Administration:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM processes, including User Management, Customization, Data Management, Integration, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support for the sales team.
- Zywave Utilization:
- Leverage Zywave effectively to empower the sales team with valuable insights, targeted prospecting tools, and continuous learning resources.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align Zywave tools with sales strategies and objectives.
- Prospect Data Acquisition:
- Establish and manage channels for acquiring prospect data, with a focus on specific target markets.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- Social Media Content Management:
- Serve as the Social Media Content Manager, creating, managing, and optimizing content across platforms.
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar that effectively communicates the value proposition of the brokerage, educates the audience, and drives engagement.
- Sales Team Operations:
- Assist the Business Development Leader in the management and overseeing of sales team operations.
- Play a key role in sales channel management, overseeing and monitoring unique sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Experience as a Salesforce CRM Administrator, with expertise in User Management, Customization, Data Management, Integration, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Experience in prospect data acquisition and market research.
- Social media management experience, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Previous experience in sales team operations
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
- Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
