This is a role within Nasdaq's Analytics business. The Analytics business brings transparency and efficiency to the global institutional market, equipping managers, investors and consultants to make data-driven decisions, deploy their resources more productively and ultimately realize better outcomes. We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will partner with the Manager of Revenue Operations and other teammates who specialize in the order-to-cash life cycle and support the business in driving growth through operational efficiency. You will also work cross-functionally with other departments to implement and support go-to-market strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Revenue Operations and other teams, including Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Contracts and Finance.
  • Handle the day-to-day requests related to structuring new sales opportunities and processing renewal price negotiations, downgrades, and cancellations for existing subscriptions.
  • Actively monitor and resolve assigned Salesforce cases as part of individual case management to support a positive experience for our internal clients.

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute impactful reports and dashboards that help identify and monitor areas for optimization of revenue operations processes.
  • Ensure outstanding Salesforce data hygiene and seek ways to improve the quality of data within the operational ecosystem.
  • Document and maintain training resources and tool kits for processes within our revenue operations tech stack that ensure scalable best practices.
  • Dissect technical scenarios and translate complex ideas into consultative recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with strategic operational projects, as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven success in a Sales Operations or renewal operations role preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications required.
