Diverzify is searching for a skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Analyst to join our team in the commercial floor installation and interior services industry. As a Sales and Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and improving our business operations, processes, and strategies. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and an ability work with multiple system platforms such as Salesforce, MS PowerBI, IFS, and related technology platforms.

Here's what were looking for....

Preferred Knowledge and Experiences:

• Familiarity with construction and/or flooring industry and processes
• Experience with data analysis, advanced business analytics or AI, market analysis, or other similarrelated responsibilities
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align business objectives with analytical insights.

and you would have the following....

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred a plus.
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the floor installation industry or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, business intelligence tools).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Exercises independent judgement and initiative
• Experience with MS PowerBI, IFS, and/or CRM systems preferred
