What you will do
As a Sales Operations Analyst, Enablement you will provide operational support to sales management. This includes planning and coordinating projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Own and manage the Acute Care business's, customers and historical purchase data. This means owning the strategic reporting of insights that drive efficiencies within the business.
- Support and Execute Territory Alignment Adjustment
- Execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
- Provides business intelligence to drive sales and marketing opportunities.
- Assist in supporting SAP work stream, SFDC forecasting implementation, and successful migration to analytical tools.
- Support annual business reviews and highlights for the sales organization.
- Will communicate, train, and support the Acute Care Sales force with tool development and creation via data/analytics
- Partner with Customer Solutions and marketing teams to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.
- Liaison between commercial functions and IT/IS, Finance, and Market Development teams – ensuring that key requirements are met, and execution is accomplished in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for the development and completion of customer measurement metrics.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree is required. A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related major is preferred.
- 1+ years of related work experience required.
- Experience writing and understanding SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages is preferred.
- Experience utilizing Power BI and other Azure tools to connect to and data model a variety of technical sources of information. (Excel, SharePoint, Oracle DB, SAP Hana DB, SQL Server, DB2, etc) preferred.
$56,000-$101,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
