We are currently seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing strategies across all channels (website, e-commerce, and social media). The Digital Marketing Manager would lead and support initiatives for our soon-to-launch cannabis brand Socíale
As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following:
As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Required Skills:
- Prior work experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager in the cannabis industry
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong writer and communicator: able to market cannabis products in an engaging way that attracts new customers
- Social media savvy: strong track record of experience creating content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website)-and personalizing content to the needs of each audience
- Data-driven: able to leverage data from social media or marketing campaigns to inform content development
- Team player manager: able to work with cross-functional team members (website manager, sales executives) and direct their efforts when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.
