Job Requirements as a Sales Manager:
- Guides and nurtures teamwork within the Sales Department, providing effective leadership.
- Formulates sales plans aligned with the company's overall revenue objectives.
- Ensures the continuous maintenance and updating of the sales funnel.
- Evaluates and approves significant sales proposals.
- Serves as the representative of Showalter in various events, including networking and social gatherings.
- Champions the company culture by leading all sales activities and meetings.
- Instructs and consistently reinforces Customer-Focused Selling to enhance customer service.
- Allocates one-on-one time with Sales Representatives for coaching and training to enhance sales skills.
- Manages and leads the Sales Team, overseeing their performance and development.
- Conducts timely Sales meetings to deliberate on market trends and sales strategy.
- Participates in industry events and conferences as required.
- Systematically enhances Sales Representatives' bid and conversion percentages.
- Achieves or surpasses agreed-upon sales goals established for each Sales Team member and the Sales Manager.
- Performing full home & roof inspections
- H2+ Sales Experience, (highly encouraged, but not required)
- Canvasing & Networking for leads
