Sales Manager - Call Center:
We are a rapidly growing company in the call center industry, providing excellent customer service and sales support to a wide range of clients. We are looking for an experienced Call CenterSales Manager who can lead a team of sales representatives and drive metrics to meet our company's goals.

Qualifications/Experience
1. Minimum of 5 years of Call Center Leadership experience.
2. Minimum 2 Years in Sales, Financial Services, Mortgage or Lending Required
3. Minimum 2 Years in Management Position Required (In Financial Industry Preferred)
4. In Depth Experience with Salesforce CRM and/ or Debt Pay Pro preferred
5. Excellent Communication Skills-Written and Verbal
6. In Depth Experience Managing to Metrics
7. In Depth Experience Coaching, Monitoring, and Mentoring
8. Proven Track Record of Leading a Call Center Team of at Least 20 Reps
Responsibilities
1. Coach and mentor sales representatives to increase their productivity and meet sales targets.
2. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales metrics, such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue.
3. Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales processes and workflows.
4. Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and performance of sales representatives.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
7. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and goal setting.
8. Communicate company goals and individual performance objectives to sales team
9. Create and handle parts of new hire training as well as continued development training for the team
10. Manage and monitor agent sales pipes in Salesforce/DPP
11. Drive performance metrics of each sales agent to achieve monthly revenue targets
12. Monitor Compliance, Sales Calls and Closing Ratios
13. Daily Availability Required from 8:00am - 6:00 pm M-F
For this experienced Call Center Inside Sales Manager:
1. Proven track record of successful sales management in a call center environment.
2. Experience with sales metrics and data analysis to drive results.
3. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop sales representatives.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, sales reps, and management.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
6. Base pay with top industry tiered commissions from Sales Team Performance. Six Figure Position with Salary and Bonus
