About Us:

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, R2 Technologies is the world leader in CryoAesthetics™ medical devices. Our Glacial® platform for precision contact cooling of the skin has been shown to reduce inflammation and also brighten dark spots.

In 2014, Pansend Life Sciences, LLC, the life sciences segment of INNOVATE (NYSE: VATE), founded R2 together with Blossom Innovations, LLC and Massachusetts General Hospital to develop a technology based on their patented method of CryomodulationTM. In 2019, R2 brought on a strategic partner, Huadong Medicine Co., Ltd.

Since that time, R2 has conducted the design, development and extensive clinical research to bring Glacial® Rx, Glacial® fx and Glacial® Spa to market along with an exciting product pipeline. 

About You:

You will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and be responsible for achieving and exceeding capital sales assigned within the territory. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and close new business through qualified leads and sales calls. You will work in collaboration with a Business Development Manager and the entire Sales Team to achieve company goals. You will maintain excellence customer service by working in coordination with customers and Practice Development Managers. 

Essential Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Close capital sales opportunities
  • Execute the company’s marketing and sales strategy to gain new market share
  • Present and reinforce the company’s value proposition to differentiate R2 from competitive offerings
  • Continue to build pipeline and cultivate territory to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Establish, develop, and grow long term relationships with KOLs and customers within the industry
  • Regular customer visitation/interactions and development of relationships through many levels of the customer’s organization
  • Attend regular marketing and sales meetings and strategy sessions to remain informed on internal practices and external communications
  • Attend and represent company at various trade association meetings and exhibits to promote our product(s)
  • Report accurate forecasting (monthly/quarterly account revenue stream analysis) and expense management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS or 5 years of sales experience in the MedTech industry (experience in the aesthetics space a plus!)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be result-oriented with multiple years of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships across the organization and marketplace
  • High-level of integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Salesforce
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for no less than 8 hours a day
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to view computer screen for long-durations
  • Ability to travel 90% domestically
