Sales Manager - Rushmore Shadows - Resort Sales - Camping Industry- Seasonal

Travel Resorts of America is looking for a Sales Manager at our Rushmore Shadows Resort in Rapid City, SD, who has a passion for leading and developing their sales team! Our sales reps are helping people with their camping and travel dreams, have a love of the great outdoors, and a desire to help our guests create memories that will last a lifetime! Travel Resorts of America currently operates eleven premium, membership based Camping Resorts in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Whether an RV owner, tent-camper, or booking a cabin, there are plenty of options for our members to choose from, along with amazing campground amenities with unique adventures and activities!

Our Sales Managers lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Reps who meet with our guests face to face, build rapport, explain the amazing benefits of our memberships, and help families make their vacation dreams a reality.

This is an exciting industry with a growing organization and we want to talk with you! *This role is great for people with experience in a one-call close sales environment or those with Timeshare, Vacation Club / Travel Club, or Campground Sales experience

Sales Mangers will:

• Close tables
• Onboarding and training new salespeople
• Act as a coach to salespeople, perform monthly systematic one-on-ones with each rep, and provide feedback and actionable tactics to improve individual performance
• Promote and maintain a healthy team culture with an upbeat, positive, and fun attitude
• Have a professional appearance who can pass a background and drug test
• Availability to work weekends and holidays; our work week is Wednesday - Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
