Quality Floor Covering & Stone, LLC is looking for an energetic, motivated, career-minded person to join our Team. We would prefer to hire someone with sales and estimating experience but training can be provided for the right person.
This position requires the ability to self-supervise and work independently. Final salary will be based on experience. Saturday hours are by appointment only at your discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Have vision and take action for growth in the area by networking with local contractors and realtors.
- Meet with showroom visitors to gain understanding of their projects, ideas and budget
- Assist with design ideas, including cabinet selections and layout
- Schedule appointments with customers for in home consultations and/or measurements
- Prepare estimates for Flooring, Cabinets and Countertops per customer selections
- Prepare both paper and digital job file documents per company standards.
- Order inventory.
- Oversee in-process jobs.
- Provide first-class customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Invoice completed jobs.
- Oversee store maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date on what's happening in the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
