This position is responsible for sales growth, account management, developing marketing programs, and making sure our customers receive the best support.

Your typical day will include attending real estate marketing group meetings around the SF Bay Area and calling on real estate offices. You will spend time driving around the Bay Area, making calls, sending emails, etc.

The Sales Manager may also at times be responsible for managing the day to day business, making sure clients are taken care of, managing the Customer Success Specialists, invoicing, accounts receivable, running payroll, as well as responding to customer inquiries, support questions, sales calls, and even making calls to current and new clients to help them understand our services and get them started. A couple of hours on a Saturday morning may also be required.

Requirements:

• Must have sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Management experience a plus, not required.
• MUST have customer oriented, can-do attitude with a friendly, happy, warm personality and a smile that comes through the phone!
• MUST have reliable high-speed internet connection!!!
• MUST have reliable, presentable automobile.
• MUST be independent worker and self-driven to succeed and help others succeed!
• MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MUST have excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• MUST be driven to succeed and desire to be part of a fast-growth company with amazing positive attitude!!
• MUST be a people-person and have a great friendly, happy, positive attitude!!
• MUST be very computer proficient, understand terminology, browsers, various OS and able to learn our online software quickly.
• MUST Live in San Francisco Bay Area, California.
• PREFER someone with marketing background, and/or social media/social networking experience!
