As the Inside Sales Manager, you are responsible for the strategic direction, development, and performance of the Inside Sales team, providing coaching and leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
Sales Manager, Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Creates a culture of accountability, collaboration, and celebration
- Provides training, mentoring and professional development for the Inside Sales team
- Conducts one-on-one reviews with sales team to build effective communications, understand team member needs, and provides insight for improvement of team sales
- Creates new sales initiatives and executes sales strategies to penetrate new markets
- Identify customer trends, needs and opportunities and communicates insights
- Prepares action plans for Inside Sales team to ensure effective identification of sales leads/prospects
- Monitors KPIs and quotas across the team
- Assists in design and creation of account business plans
- Regularly reviews sales pipelines to ensure attainment of sales targets
- Maintains accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales team
Sales Manager, Inside Sales Qualifications:
- 4+ years managing and developing a successful Inside Sales team
- Strong record of creating and managing sales initiatives
- Ability to advance and grow various sales channels
