Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
- Assist with wireless sales and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth
- Assist with team management, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Supervise employees during shifts to maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management and merchandising
- Contribute to sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
- Assist with budgeting and financial management to meet sales targets
- Support sales management initiatives and implement strategies to drive revenue
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
