Basic Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop salespeople to expand market territory.

• Manage and disperse inbound leads.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to hit monthly sales goals.

• Evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, attendance, and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of home improvement sales experience

• Minimum 2 years of management, teaching or coaching experience

• Must be knowledgeable in roofing, siding & windows

• Excellent computer skills

• Pass a background check

• Verifiable references

Compensation

• Competitive salary, monthly override, catch-up clauses

• Bonus based on reaching monthly sales goals

Example Compensation Package- Potential for Unlimited Growth
● Salary XXXXXX
● 5% commission of net dollars collected for each sold job on personal sales
● 2% commission of net dollars collected on each sold job made by sales
rep under management
● End Of Year Bonus opportunity of .05%, .075% and 1% based on agreed
goals between the Director of Sales and Sales Manager each calendar year for the team
sales. Example .05% if $2m is reached, .075% if 2.5M is reached and 1% if 3m or
more is reached.
● Trip for you, your spouse, and kids if you sell 1 million or a member of your team
sells 1 million or your team reaches the agreed-upon goal in a calendar year.
● Vehicle Allowance = $250 per month
● 401K with the company putting in 3% once eligible
● $1,000 entertainment allowance for team
