Position: Remote Sales Manager

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Sales Manager to work hand in hand with our Sales
Director in running day to day operations of our Enrollment Department.
We are a global leader in the personal development/professional coaching/motivational live event industry. Opening its doors in 2009, today we employ over 100 full time staff, 30 of which work full time on our Enrollment Department (Sales Team)..
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to be responsible for monitoring, supervising and closing deals side by side with our Sales Team to meet and succeed our organization’s sales objectives. This seasoned sales leader is responsible for the day to day performance of the Enrollment Team. This “player/coach” role provides instruction, training and real time, hands-on coaching to inspire our top closers to maximize their performance. This inspiring role also includes personally closing high ticket deals in front of team members as a main technique to maximize performance. Our Sales Manager must be not only a passionate leader, but dedicated to demonstrating their own top closing ability on a daily basis. This role reports directly to our Enrollment Director.
To be successful as our Sales Manager, a proven and verifiable track record of excellence is required in “high ticket, business to consumer (B to C), “one call close” sales. Our Sales Manager must also possess excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with our clients, possess mastery in goal setting, be fast to pick up new CRM systems, be effective in analyzing sales data and possess expertise in motivating team members.
WHAT WE OFFER
● 100% remote, full time position
● W2 (no 1099)
● Compensation of $120,000 - $220,000 annually (override + commission + annual/monthly bonuses)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
● 5+ years of proven top performance in sales leadership in high ticket, B2C, one-call-close industries.
● 10+ years of proven top performance in personal sales in high ticket, B to C, one-call-close industries.
● 5+ years managing the day-to-day activities of successful sales teams: o Empowering team members with new and effective skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, goal setting, motivation and effective client communication.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
● 4 year Bachelor Degree preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in notable and proven personal development study.
● Proficiency in ALL Microsoft Office programs.
● Tech-savvy with various CRMs, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
● Proficiency with Asana Task Management System (or similar).
● Access to high-speed internet, with a dedicated, distraction-free workplace, with professional non-virtual background.
● Proficient with all online communication tools - Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
● Regular business hours required, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm PST (minimum of 40+ hours per week required)
● Available to work on weekends and or travel for our live events (4-5 times per year)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
