PDQ Chicken has established an Enterprise Sales Management Center to facilitate catering partnerships between PDQ stores and local businesses of all sizes. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Sales Management Associates are the liaisons between the Catering Department and the store Operating Directors. Our goal is to work in local communities to partner businesses with our stores to create
long-lasting relationships for recurring catering orders.
About the role:
CRM Sales Management Associates play a pivotal role in lead acquisition, fostering client relationships, maintaining transparent communication with store Operational Directors, and leveraging their in-depth understanding of local communities to actively cultivate strategic partnerships. In this position, proper and accelerated training will be provided to get candidates up to speed to work alongside our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Lead Collection: Employ cutting-edge scraping tools to systematically acquire a diverse range of high-quality leads.
- Streamlined Lead Management: Leverage sophisticated CRM tools, including HubSpot, to centralize lead data, ensuring meticulous organization and efficient tracking, backed by financial estimation.
- Exemplary Client Communication: Engage with prospective clients professionally and respectfully, employing language and demeanor that exemplify the esteemed values of PDQ and its workforce.
- Synergistic Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration by actively partnering with fellow CRM Sales Management Associates, contributing collectively to achieve overarching sales objectives.
- Adaptable Work Methodology: Demonstrate a versatile approach to work, displaying adaptability in methods and strategies of the role.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the CRM Sales Management Associate role should possess some sales experience, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer relationship management systems and processes. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a results-driven attitude, the ability to analyze sales data and a passion for fostering lasting customer relationships while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
