Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and leading a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in recruiting and hiring new sales associates
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all team members are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve overall business objectives
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising of products
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on driving sales performance
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Budgeting skills to effectively manage resources and expenses
- Demonstrated success in achieving retail sales targets

Pay: $23.50 per hour
