Open to rising juniors and seniors, the 10-week program provides an opportunity for students to apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations while exploring careers at Monogram Foods.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry for financial modeling, and organizing documents or notes
- Support request samples and trials track record
- Monitor customer margins, provide insight and analysis on trends
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attend and participate in meetings, taking notes and providing support as needed
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Work with R&D on innovation calendar
- Create reset tracker dates for retail customers
- Work with R&D on new item creation and build a fully vetted presentation showcasing the new items for sales
- As a final project, prepare, develop, and deliver a capabilities deck for Total Frozen, incorporating new innovation items into the capabilities deck, inclusive of all selling materials like branded sales sheets, spec/pricing ; all-encompassing frozen presentation for sales organization
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university, as a rising junior or senior
- Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be working towards a degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to assist in financial modeling, metrics-tracking tools, and financial presentations for management
- Strong communication, organizational, planning and execution skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
