Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to be responsible for acquiring new clients to utilize our comprehensive and innovative suite of products designed to streamline Form I-9 compliance. This position will play a crucial role in driving revenue, delivering exceptional value and providing an industry leading solution, exclusively selling i9Success.

This role can be performed remotely or on-site in Warminster, PA. Travel as needed for training, sales meetings, client visits and trade shows and for other business purposes as occasion is required.

Work experience in the human capital management market is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on developing new client relationships and revenue by utilizing various resources such as cold calling, lead generation, opportunity nurturing, and pipeline development.
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities and servicing and growing existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records on all sales and client activity through Salesforce CRM.
  • Work with management to ensure a high level of account management, customer service and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • At least three years of experience in consultative solution selling, understanding client’s needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to present, negotiate and guide the entire sales process from discovery to implementation; collaborating closely with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Education
The candidate we are seeking will have a minimum of three (3) years of sales experience within a business-to-business organization. Work experience in the human capital management market is preferred. High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred.
