This position is for a dental lab Sales Executive.

This is a territorial job by nature, it is about creating relationships with dental offices. Selling dentists is accomplished by those who can build sound, professional relationships and are able to earn the respect of the dentist and office manager at first glance.

B2B sales experience is crucial but not a deal breaker if you have the absolute talent. This Job post is not for everyone, it is only for seasoned Sales Executives who have had some previous success in COMMISSION-ONLY (AND BONUS) sales positions. B2B sales include a few significant characteristics including the fact that every month of your employment, you will absolutely make more money than the previous month due to the cumulative nature of the commissions earned on sales generated by Dental office accounts you sign up in previous months/years as long as you keep your accounts and keep creating new ones every month.

Advantages/Disadvantages: We are a 2-year-old state of the art dental lab located in Irvine California servicing the entire country through our network of Sales Executives in different states. We are a crown and bridge lab utilizing the latest cutting edge technology to create all types of dental products, such as crowns, implants, Invisalign, hollywood smile, veneers, all on fours, etc..

Disadvantage: The only disadvantage we are aware of is in the event you have a dentist who wants to use a lab thats a few minutes away from them. Most labs will be sending their cases back by Fedex/mail and therefore this disadvantage exists in rare circumstances only. As for those Sales Executives working within the Orange County of SoCal. This disadvantage is non-existent.

Advantages: 1- While our aim is not to be known for being the cheapest but rather the highest quality lab. We have implemented a pricing structure that is GUARANTEED to beat any competitor. On the other hand of quality guarantee. Our material and workmanship quality is absolutely second to none. We will never compromise quality for price, and don’t have to since as a manufacturer, our costs are low enough to enable us to offer very competitive pricing and still turn a profit. We are not a greedy company. Rather we want to build a powerful presence and a reasonable profit margin.

Offering very competitive pricing for a dental lab that has all its own equipment is financially very feasible since we don’t subcontract any of our production to third party labs. Effect: Doctor and patient satisfaction, more business for dentists and more referrals from patients (more business = better bottom line for dental offices).

2- We assign a dedicated technician to each dental office. Effect: Ensure consistency in quality on every order being done by the same tech.

3- Significantly lower adjustment time and remake/redo percentage than major labs. Effect: less wasted appointments and increase in overall office productivity. Sales Tools

1- Repetitive post card mailings to identified target dental offices, social media matching to the owners of the dental practices. Effect: warm leads, name recognition to dentist owner when approached by Sales Executive.

2- Digital marketing to geofenced area residents Effect: targeted leads fill out landing pages with patient info and requested products and services that our dentists provide. Hence tens of patients sent to each dental office working with us on a monthly basis resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in revenues to our dentist clients.

3- Vouchers: up to $7,000.00. Effect: First order free plus up to $6500 of vouchers to be applied against invoices therefore giving free money to dentists to help you in the sign up process of dental offices. Max voucher applied must be 25% or less of the total monthly invoice. Territory and Commission metrics Each Sales Executive is assigned an exclusive Geographic territory with a minimum 300,000 population up to one million depending on the area. No Other person from our company may sell there except you, and that means; you will absolutely make sales unless you are not meant to be in sales (you won’t be working for us if you are not a seasoned Sales Executive). Effect: minimum numbers to be achieved will generate approximately $2k-$4k per month in cumulative commissions based on conservative metrics. By the end of the first year, you are expected to make approximately $150k-$300k and by the second year you should be starting off at a rate that will generate approximately $500k-600k to your bank account.

Commissions very aggressively range between 10% - 20% of gross production depending on the product type. Anyone who has experience in this field knows that this is an unmatched commission level in the industry. Cumulative and residual effects: Every month, you should be making commissions on the accounts you have signed up during all your previous employment since doctors will continue to order on a normal basis unless we lose the account (which is your job to keep monitoring as well as our QA and client retention departments).

Every month and for the duration of your employment with us, your income will continue to increase on a monthly basis due to the new accounts you are signing up, in addition to the cumulative commissions you earn on all the previous accounts you have opened during your entire history with us. Dental Sales Executives are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing Dentists. Other responsibilities of a Sales Executive can include learning about the company’s products and/or services, as well as producing sales reports and their own selling styles. Maintaining relationships with current customers can involve having regular contact and checking that they are still happy with their current orders, informing them of any promotions that may be of benefit to them, and answering any questions that they may have.

When attracting new business, this can be done in many ways including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, trade show events and online marketing and any other method that the executive may choose. If you can work in a fast paced environment and cope well under pressure, enjoy making lots of money and grow and LONG TERM career, a dental lab Sales Executive role could be for you.
