L&R Distributors is the 6th largest distributor and purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA, and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada.

SALARY: 36,400k (depending on experience)
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Sales Execution Admin serves as a part of our Sales Execution team and will focus on supporting the Albertsons customer sales team by executing internal and external initiatives with excellence. The Sales Execution Admin will be accountable for achieving/exceeding KPIs. The Sales Execution Admin will report to the Sales Execution Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support account teams by submitting cost changes and corrections, enforcing data integrity
- Participate in reset execution, working with the customer.
- Support execution of all customer compliance issues (e.g., cost changes/corrections, short pays) and ensure corrections have been implemented within specified timeframes and enforce data integrity.
- Supports the accuracy of customer data and grid information internally and externally.
- Provide weekly reporting to the customer
- Provide POS data reporting to the customer teams as needed to drive sales and successful execution.
- Develop strong working relationships with the customer that influence successful customer execution and drive customer compliance.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience in consumer sales.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills – abilities to identify issues and opportunities a must
- Comfort in managing multiple projects, working with various cross functional groups, often at the same time
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills in particular with Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive, can-do attitude
- Curiosity and vigor to learn, grow and challenge the status quo
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations
