To that end, our CEO is looking for a special Executive Assistant whose values naturally align with ours, who anticipates needs, and who will represent not only the organization but him well. This role will:
- Provide administrative assistance to our CEO-freeing him to focus on innovation, working with department leaders, and expansion.
- Work with others to ensure that our CEO has information needed to understand all aspects of our operation to make optimal decisions
- Schedule appointments, and ensure solid communications
- Compose, modify/edit, facilitate, and archive documents
- Communicate with industry partners
- Proactively develop new, creative, and highly engaging social media content to promote CEO's social media pages, as well as the company pages to highlight and enhance his and our brand
- Monitor and report social media KPIs and metrics
- Create content that is on-brand, on strategy, and delivered on-time to build community, and increase partnerships and sales
We're looking for a crucial team member who:
- Has strong experience and demonstrated success as an executive assistant in a B2B environment
- Has a high EQ and is naturally empathetic while still being a goal-driven performer
- Has a passion for our culture rather than just needing a job
- Loves all things Social Media and creating engagement
- Is a light of positivity with a fun attitude to help shape our online presence and showcase the culture of who we are
- Has excellent computer skills
- Has superb writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
- Is resourceful and solution-oriented; able to work quickly and effectively with multiple tasks from multiple sources with little supervision
- Takes initiative, prioritizes, and thrives in an environment of multitasking
- Possesses strong team skills and the ability to inspire others to action without line authority
- Is trustworthy and can maintain confidentiality

Expected salary - $60,000 - $70,000 per year
