1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Sales Enablement Coach to support our growing team.
Reporting directly to our Manager, Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Coach will be responsible for helping sales representatives advance their sales skills and develop their knowledge of 1WorldSync's products, services and value proposition. This Sales Coach will contribute to many aspects of the Sales Enablement program, including but not limited to, delivering instructor-led sessions, providing one on one style coaching, facilitating content development and collecting program feedback.
As Sales Enablement Coach at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
  • Become intimately familiar with 1WorldSync's products, services, market and competitors, and sales methodology.
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • In collaboration with sales leadership, set Sales Enablement priorities for the team
  • Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and effective coaching programs for sales teams.
  • Advise frontline sales reps on effective selling strategies through training programs and individual mentorship.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and Sales Enablement to facilitate robust coaching programs that align with executive priorities.
  • Own new sales coaching programs as necessary to address business needs and increase seller effectiveness.
  • Track effectiveness of sales coaching by identifying core metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring performance accordingly

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in training design and facilitation; must have relevant experience working directly developing and/or delivering sales training and coaching. Sales experience is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in delivering sales training programs in one-to-one settings, traditional classroom formats, and web-based platforms.

  • Value Selling Certification a plus.
  • Sales methodology experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills; advanced presentation skills required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and be adaptable to change.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically.
  • Advanced applications skills (example: Google Workspace)
  • Demonstrate 1WorldSync Core Values (Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Humility, Integrity) in Action

Additional Details:
  • This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
  • This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
  • This position requires up to 10% travel.
