Our client wants to add a creative and dynamic Sales Director to lead their team of 4 (and growing) Territory Sales Managers. The Sales Director will focus on the strategic development of Contract Manufacturing business in Wisconsin and the Midwest.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic development of contract manufacturing business by providing new solutions to customers and prospects to profitably grow revenue through closing additional business
• Act as a conduit between the prospect, appropriate sales, and technical personnel across operating units to identify, organize, and focus the resources required to deliver the necessary sales support for customer relationships
• Management of New Business Pipeline – Utilize CRM system for tracking, upkeep, and closing of high probability opportunities
• Oversight of weekly reports from salespeople

Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree, MBA or advanced degree desired
• 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience selling to manufacturers with demonstrated salesforce managing skills
• Consultative and strategic experience
• Demonstrated track record of project management skills to deliver profitable results
• Understanding of marketing-focused outsourced solutions
• Salesforce, Delmia, Pipedrive, or similar software experience
• Plastics experience strongly preferred (injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, etc.)
