The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative with Trnd, you'll be part of a brand new team that's all-in on accelerating market change and building a very successful company! Over the past year weve been
working on game changing Social Commerce technology and now its time to take it to market. The
initial feedback from early adopters has given us the confidence to double down by building the right
team to take this market by storm. We are looking for individuals who share the same excitement as we
do!

change Social Commerce, master your sales talents, and leverage a technology stack to reach out to
potential customers and share your passion and enthusiasm about our game changing technology.
Responsibilities
? You'll embark on an onboarding process that will equip you with industry and sales knowledge,
including mastering the art of customer conversations, understanding that our product can
change how brands connect and engage with customers, overcoming objections like a pro, and
gaining in-depth sales knowledge through sales best practices.
? Be a prospecting machine! Use your unique skills to make strategic cold calls, craft compelling
emails/messages, and leverage social media to identify and connect with potential leads in the
social commerce space.
? Uplevel your confidence and master the art of communication! Engage with prospective buyers
as a growing professional, building authentic connections and showcasing how Trnd's
innovative solutions can solve critical business challenges.
? Un-cover insights across accounts through resourceful research, uncovering the key
stakeholders and influencers within target accounts, and navigate multithreading across
various personas.
? Team up with our Account Executives and Leadership team to create creative prospecting
strategies, messages that connect, and data-driven campaigns.
? Move inbound and outbound leads through the marketing and sales funnel with an end goal of
setting up product demonstrations.
? Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets through a consistent process of driving leads
and scheduled meetings.
? Keep detailed records of your activity and customer discussions in our CRM and Enablement
systems.

Qualifications
? Ideally, you have 6 months to 3 years of experience working on a sales team, and if it was in
technology or the commerce vertical, then even better.
? You have confidence and pride in your ability to learn, apply those learnings, and often have
intelligent conversations with anyone over the phone.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think creatively, and work
both independently as well as in a team environment.
? Ability to influence and persuade is evident in your verbal and written messaging and
engagements.
? If youve had experience doing cold outreach, have been a part of a sales organization before, or are someone who aspires to create opportunities through action then this could be ideal for you.
? Youre goal-oriented, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and thrive with competition.
? Familiarity with CRM and Sales Enablement systems (e.g. Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.) but if not,
we can help you to level up.
? Good time management and analytical skills.
? Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
? We will need strong references from you, so please make sure they are recent and relevant to
highlight your achievements.
