We're looking to add a new Sales Development Representative to our growing team!
Core responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Spending most of your time completing prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, researching accounts that would be an ideal fit as a customer, etc.
  • Qualifying and managing inbound leads (from webinars, demo requests, etc.)
  • Participating in industry events, as needed

  • Naturally draw people into conversations through engaging communication and quick rapport-building

Who will be most successful in this role?
  • Someone who can hit the ground running - we want someone with tons of curiosity who will be proactive in learning about our product, industry and prospective customers
  • Someone with strong written + verbal communication skills - your job is all about communicating clearly and effectively, and we need someone clear, concise, and professional.
  • Someone who's got grit + resilience - a natural part of being an SDR is rejection. We need someone who can power through, keep their chin up and use that as fuel to fight for their next win.
  • Someone who's super organized - there are a lot of moving pieces in Sales Development, and we need someone who can keep a lot of balls in the air without dropping them.
  • Someone who's tech-savvy - the more you understand our technology, product and can speak to that deeply, the more effective you'll be in your role. Similarly, the more adept you are at using the tools at your disposal, the more effective and efficient you'll be.
  • Someone who's hungry to win - we want someone who's fired up to be successful in this role and will put energy into making sure that's a reality.
  • Someone who's a critical thinker - you'll need to prioritize, problem-solve and be creative to be successful, all which will benefit from someone who can think things through with rigor and logic.
