Acquirent LLC is an outsourced sales firm based out of Evanston, IL. We are a leader in lead generation services and strategies for small to large size organizations. Through B2B appointment setting, Custom Lead Generation and Nurturing, as well as full sales cycle responsibilities, Acquirent can serve its clients through its expertise and flexibility to adapt to client and market needs.

We have recently partnered with a major Healthcare company to create new business opportunity for their SaaS solution. In this role you will prospect through outbound cold calls, emails, and drip marketing to set highly qualified sales appointments for this client. Acquirent is not a call center environment and is seen as a strategic resource and extension of our client's sales teams. Each team member is responsible for monthly production and activity goals on assigned client projects. Candidates must project professionalism and competence via excellent oral and written communication skills.

You will be a successful SDR if you:

  • Effectively deliver results in the form of setting qualified appointments for your client.
  • Prove to be an exceptional account manager and client nurturer. You own your client relationship.
  • Manage time and tasks professionally.
  • Convert phone conversations to opportunities, on behalf of the client.
  • Achieve monthly production metrics.
  • Deliver unscripted responses and explanations of the client’s complex product offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and skill-building sessions with internal and external sales teams.
  • Creatively handle objections and qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and time frame.

To be qualified for this position, you will have:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-starter qualities - Don't wait to take action!
  • High levels of persistence and ability to overcome objections.
  • Demonstrated history of high volume of outbound activities (call, emails, etc.).
  • Ability to gauge and qualify prospective client interests.
  • Past success in a prospecting B2B sales role.
  • Communicate effectively via phone with strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com a plus.
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
