SDR's primary responsibility is to call a list of qualified prospects and schedule appointments. You must meet daily call quota and monthly appointment quota. Secondary responsibility is attention-to-detail, take notes and update information in customer relationship database.
Successful SDR will receive hourly wage, plus, bonuses are paid when appointments are completed, and second bonus is paid for each prospect-turned-customer. Successful candidates will have professional demeanor, excellent verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and a team player.
This is a permanent, part-time position. This can be an in-person position, or a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for fulfilling daily, weekly, & monthly quotas
- average 25 calls per hour, 100 calls per shift
- schedule 4-6 appointments monthly
- Follow the outlined process & use our tools
- Be successful in getting past the "gate keeper" to the person intended
- Follow up on cancellations to attempt to reschedule them
- Keep detailed notes on calls and update information in our customer relationship management software
- Excellent verbal and active listening communication skills
- Maintain discretion and confidential information
- Strong customer service and friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn other necessary software applications

Applicant must be able to communicate over the phone with a variety of prospective customers and variety of personalities. This is a support role— candidate must be a team player, have a positive and helpful attitude, maintain calm demeanor, talk to prospective customers over the phone, communicate clearly, and be able to set appointments with prospective customers. Physical Demands: This role requires the following physical activity skills to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Successful candidate must have the ability to sit and talk on the phone 4 hours in a day. Successful candidate must engage active listening and rebuttal tactics; gathering relevant information, quickly documenting information, and transitioning to the next call - with renewed confidence that you will set an appointment with each new call. Must be able to 'shake off' the previous call and reset with positive attitude and confidence. Must be able to accept constructive feedback and learn to improve techniques in setting appointments, discussing information. Candidate must have full mobility of body to use computer, keyboard, phone, printer, and other common workplace tools. Must be physically capable of typing 50 wpm minimum. Applicant must be able to communicate verbally clearly and professionally in English with a variety of users over the phone. Chosen candidate must pass our mandatory background check including—but not limited to—employment verification, academic records, business and personal reference checks, personal credit check, criminal background check, driving record check, physical examination, drug screen, and any other relevant background information.The essential functions described herein cannot be eliminated from this role or performed by others.
Work Environment: Professional company office located south of downtown Fort Worth, off I-30. No additional travel requirements or overnight stays. Candidate must be able to drive themselves to company office. This is not a remote position. Candidate must be available and ready to work 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., 3-4 shifts Monday through Friday.

Benefits Package: Hourly wage, $20/hour, no overtime. BONUS PLAN: $25 bonus per completed scheduled appointment, plus additional $250 bonus for each appointment that signs new managed services contract (limitation on amount of bonus is limited only to number of appointments called & appointments completed).
