Job Description
We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time outbound Sales Development Representative. Candidate must be results-oriented, intrinsically motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be required to meet outreach benchmarks and educate prospects about OWD services, pre-qualifying them for our sales team. The ability to connect with people and speak about our company in a way that inspires confidence in our services and brand is a must.
Responsibilities
- Formulate prospecting lists using provided tools.
- Navigate through prospects websites with ease.
- Work within OWDs CRM (HubSpot)
- Enrolling in outbound sales campaigns using the sequencing function within HubSpot.
- Outbound calling to targeted accounts (cold and warm leads)
- Complete initial account qualification by interviewing prospects and identifying whether their brand is a match for OWD.
- Sales appointment setting for qualified leads with our Sales Executives
- Additional custom support may be required.
Qualifications
- A passion for helping ecommerce companies grow.
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- 2+ Years of experience in sales
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in HubSpot CRM
- Ability to multitask
- Exudes confidence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Lives and represents OWDs values and brand
Education
- BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

This is a full-time, U.S. remote position. You will be expected to travel for occasional team meetings.
