Job purpose
The Sales Coordinator is an integral member of the sales team who will directly support our VP of Sales and collaborate with other leaders across the company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy inputting data information, developing and populating excel spreadsheets, tracking and organizing sales information and are comfortable with technology, this role is for you!
Key duties include supporting the sales organization by providing backup administrative support, field sales communication, coordination of various sales activities, and analysis of data to support the sales function.
Duties and responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsibilities include supporting sales growth, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, reporting, and analysis.
• Support VP of Sales on administrative work for key retailers, distributors, and or sales team
• Assist with the execution of administrative tasks, submissions, reports, and follow up on key retailer business.
• Assist with creating presentations for distributors and retailers.
• Compile frequent reports detailing the sales team's activities and metrics. Will include preparing weekly and monthly sales reports- depletion, sales goals, sales activity, inventory, and POS.
• Organize all communications, schedules, goals, and budgets for National Accounts, on a monthly basis.
• POS Management- Act as the project manager by partnering with the VP of Sales, Regional Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Operations, and Marketing from start to finish on maintaining Evergreen Sales POS along with new or seasonal items.
• Process New Item Forms (NIFs) for all distributors.
• Process POS orders from all markets and ensure distributors are stocked with all sales collateral.
• Act as the lead of the Distributor Inventory Management System, VIP/KARMA- to include item management, reporting, changes, etc.
• Responsible for all TTB communication and submission- Label Registration and Keg Collars
• Act as the liaison between Sales, Production and Marketing
• Coordinate all donations by monitoring and responding to emails in the donations inbox and communicating with the appropriate departments for pickup and/or delivery.
• Monitor and respond to emails in the info inbox.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Working knowledge of the sales process and experience in sales software programs.
• Strong team player with demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and positive, professional attitude.
• Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, keep confidential information secure, and to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Common sense and demonstration of next-step thinking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• MS Office proficiency, including Excel and Word.

Education and/or Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administrative/sales support capacity is required. Food and Beverage industry experience is preferred.

Salary Description
$23.00- $25.00 Per Hour
