Shift Pattern: [Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM] 

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The lively Hilton Orlando is looking for their next Delphi Sales Coordinator to join their Sales team.

A Delphi Sales Coordinator provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.

What will I be doing?

To support the Sales and Events departments by managing the Delphi FDC system and ensuring accuracy on room block and function/event/catering space as we all analyzing data.

• Assigns Leads to appropriate Managers based on deployment
• Enters approved guest room blocks/details/event schedules into Delphi for Sales and Event Managers
• Releases space for turned down, lost or cancelled events on a timely basis and communicates the release of space to Sales and Events for peak season or critical need periods
• Manages GRC and meeting room rental minimums during peak seasons
• Manages and approves contractual wording for contract as related to function space holds and releases
• Support analysis of guestroom and function space usage by providing information reports
