Sales Coordinator

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Sales Coordinator delivers service excellence by supporting the Sales Department. This position is responsible for providing sleeping room blocks and catering/banquet services to small groups.

Performance Expectations:

1. Selling of meeting and banquet space, all one-day meetings and meetings with no F&B.
2. Handle/contract social room blocks of 15 rooms or less.
3. Have a monthly prospecting, appointment and outside sales call goal.
4. Monitor Phones, voicemails, sales mailbox.
5. Prepare collateral for site inspections, outside sales calls, and sales trips.
6. Assist DOS and Sales Manager with rooming list entry and citywide audits as required.
7. Enter, coordinate and follow up with sales reservations, including billing, routing and alerts.
8. Enter group pickup into hotel sales system 
9. Execute billing for all meetings in a timely manner
10. Creating, distributing and executing BEO's and Group Resume
11. Assist DOS with inventory management in Prio and Booking.com 
12. Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies; including sales collateral
13. Attend outside networking events
14. Assist with group commissions, rebates, and building rate codes.
15. Report any items in need of repair.
16. Follow all safety procedures while working.
