Sales Assistant to SEC Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 Comply with all legal guidelines, safety requirements and Anheuser-Busch standards and policies

 Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents

 Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts

 Work with all departments to resolve customer service issues (e.g. credit/collection, deliveries, etc.)

 Execute work orders and cooler resets as needed

 Pull merchandising requests from Sales Reps for all Sales Assistants

 Send sampling requests to the State of Maryland

 Track and communicate monthly tap share data vs previous month/YTD

 Communicate EDI order with Sales Reps and make necessary changes

 Manage case cards/cooler stickers in stock

 Communicate POS items needed for VIP POS to Sign Shop

 Place orders, sell in new items, execute programs and complete assigned tasks with your assigned account list

 Verify and place orders for off-premise accounts when their sales rep is on PTO

 Fill in for on premise sales reps in the event they are on PTO

 Make sure all orders meet the delivery minimum

 Pull price change requests and send to our team leaders to verify

 Change approved price requests in VIP for deliveries the next day

 Create birth forms using the new item tracker

 Achieve two in market days per month for ongoing training

Qualifications

 Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

 Able to lift, load, unload and move product weighing up to 165 lbs as well as hang merchandise materials

 Once (1) year of selling or merchandising experience (preferred)

 High School Diploma or GED certificate required

 Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

 Ability and willingness to work flexible hours

 Good oral and written communications skills

 Strong selling and negotiating skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Hourly: $21.00 / hour
