Sales Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM processes. The role will have a passion for sales operations. The position is pivotal in building and documenting sales operations for our Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to design, implement, and document effective sales processes tailored to the DSO market.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage expertise in HubSpot to manage and streamline customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, lead tracking, and reporting within the HubSpot platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales operations, processes, and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide training and guidance on platform usage, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with key DSO accounts.
- Attending trade shows and team meetings as needed, providing on-site support and representation for the sales division.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate logistics for events and trade shows.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Required
- Proven experience in sales coordination or operations within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, with a track record of effective utilization.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in customer onboarding and support.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and team meetings as required.
