Sales Coordinator / HVAC Team

Tom Drexler HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator will schedule all market and tech-generated leads. This role will prioritize the leads to maximize opportunity and revenue. This position is located at our Louisville, KY office and will be Full-Time, Monday thru Friday with some possible Saturdays on a needs basis.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicate with technicians to set sales leads
Create an effective transition from technicians to Comfort Consultants
· Communicate with customers to prioritize marketed leads and gather helpful information for the sales team
· Prioritize sales calls and dispatch Comfort Consultants based on business needs
· Create and schedule reports to provide to management
· Track results of all sales calls and open opportunities
· Follow-up with booked leads and confirm appointments
Qualifications:
· Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
· Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!!!
· Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required
· Administrative experience a plus
· A charismatic attitude of providing exceptional customer service
Experience/Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent experience
· Sales experience a PLUS!!
Compensation:
· Based on experience ($18-$22 per hour)
