The Cam Clark Auto Group is looking for a driven and enthusiastic sales and service focused Sales Consultants for our Clark Nissan location in Kalispell, MT.

In the position of Sales Consultant reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in identifying their needs and matching them with the vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle.
You will be accountable for:
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all customers and staff
- Ensure customers are completely satisfied with department wide interactions
- Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale
- Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare offers to purchase
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue and growth
- Generate and develop new customer accounts
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
- Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices and other documents
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities and research
- Other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Your High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- The ability to work independently or in a team environment
- The Ability to build and maintain rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
