Sales Consultant

ProPaint Systems has one sales position to fill in the Central Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania area. Not everyone will qualify, please read the requirements carefully.

1st year on goal total compensation $120,000.00 with no cap

YOUR ROLE:

· This role will be required to prospect and generate leads through business development.

· You will engage in 12-20 COMPANY SET in-home/in business consultations each week. This will include meeting with homeowners and business owners, sharing information about our concrete coating solutions, and following our sales methodology while using the tools and resources that we provide to effectively make presentations and close deals.

JOB SPECIFICS:

· You will be driving daily to multiple locations across the region.

· Full-time Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible. Some evening and Saturdays hours as needed.

· 70% of your time will be spent on company set appointments.

· 30% of your time will be spent on self-generating leads, networking, asking for referrals, and finding ways to creatively grow the business.

· Ability to provide estimates by measuring, calculating, and generating proposals.

COMPENSATION:

· Generous Salary, commission and bonuses, company car and gas and health benefits

· After first year, annual compensation potential $120k - $200k for successful full-time employee, currently being achieved.

WORK LOCATION:

General work area to include

Cecil, Harford, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Prince Georges, Montgomery and Carroll Counties in Maryland

Adams, Lancaster, York, Cumberland, Lebanon, and Dauphin Counties in Pennsylvania.

Route logistics are closely monitored to ensure cohesiveness.

Must drive to Forest Hill office bi-weekly. Training will be out of the Forest Hill office.
