Mattress Warehouse is growing! We are currently seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants and Retail Sales Managers to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge technology. (Bed Match)
Preferred Qualifications
- We're a retail store. We are looking for people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Provide our customers with a relaxed and educational shopping experience
- We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive Bed Match technology.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor are keys to success!
- Team focused and positive attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in retail, customer service, big ticket, or commission sales a plus
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs
