We are seeking a Spanish/English Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Auto Dealershipteam. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
-Collect information from customer's for credit applications
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products and services
- Experience in conducting product demos and providing technical sales support
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and cash register operations
- Previous experience in auto dealership is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Pay is weekly no taxes taken out with commission
