This is a part-time on-site role in Baldwin Park, CA. Our Sales Associates cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with customers by assisting customers with orders and answering questions about merchandise and policies over the phone. We are looking for applicants who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively and courteously assist customers alongside your fellow co-workers. We are also looking for applicants who can multitask and work in a fast paced environment. All of our shows are live broadcasts, so time is of the essence, and depending on call volume, you may need to assist multiple customers at one time. Basic computer skills are needed to assist customers as quickly as possible.
This is a part-time, on-site position with the following shift schedule:
- Sunday: 10 AM - 1 PM PST
- Monday: 7 PM - 10 PM PST
- Wednesday: 7 PM - 10 PM PST
- Thursday: 7 PM - 10 PM PST
- Friday: 5 PM - 8 PM PST
- Saturday: 10 AM - 1 PM PST
