As an entry-level Sales Associate with World Wide Enterprises, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming not only our firm but an evolving industry. We empower every employee, from our entry-level Sales Associate to our senior management staff, to lead by example, encourage change, and give back to our local communities. We don’t follow trends or standards; we break barriers and exceed the status quo.
What Responsibilities Are Entailed As A Sales Associate?
- Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to management for improvements for sales generations and client retainment
- Utilize industry knowledge and critical thinking skills to render exceptional and compliant services to new and existing customers
- Deliver excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the full suite of our client’s products and services
- Distinguish prospective new clients using established lead methodologies for new business
- Present to primary decision-makers with confidence to establish or maintain an affinity relationship
- Participate in an array of incentive programs and contests structured to drive sales margins, boost morale, and exceed production objectives
- Overturn complex objections, upsell, and promote new products and services directly to consumers
What Do We Look For In A Sales Associate?
- Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work proficiently with little to no supervision
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and aspiration to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Assertive self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills
- Highly effective communication skills - oral, written, and group
- Proven persuasion and negotiation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is a MUST!
- Prior experience in an entry-level sales or customer service role

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Baltimore, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required)
