SalaryAs a quickly growing startup, Doc Insure looking for the right person to jump on board and handle an ever-growing pipeline of disability and life insurance business. Unlike other startups, Doc Insure has well-established marketing channels and is flooded with business so you won't need to do any prospecting! After two other successful startups that grew into national successes, this entrepreneur is taking Doc Insure in a similar direction and wants you to come and grow together! The main duties of the job would be:
- Conduct 5-10 30 minute online meetings per day
- Meetings are scheduled for you and the presentation materials are prepared for you
- You and your sales assistant will follow up after meetings for several weeks while applications are in the underwriting process
Some basic requirements are:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be trustworthy and generally pleasant to work with
- Show care and concern for each individual client
- Self-governing and motivated towards excellence
- Ability to educate and compel people to action
The owner of the company will be very selective in who he chooses for this position since it will require no prospecting and the meetings will essentially be handed to you!
