Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and assist with their purchasing decisions
- Utilize CRM systems to work with clients accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
